Dr. Artour Mouftakhov

Dr. Artour Mouftakhov is a lecturer of the mathematiics department at Ashdod Campus of the Shamoon College of Engineering (SCE). Artour achieved M.Sc  from Bashkir State University, Russia (BashSU), and Ph.D. from Bar Ilan University, Israel (BIU). The Ph.D. research field was inverse problem of mechnics, for which Artour won Rector's prize for outstanding PhD students and David Berkovsky Prize for the best student (Bar Ilan University). One of Doctor Mouftakhov’s research interests involves identification of boundary conditions

Another of Doctor Mouftakhov’s research activities includes pedagogical development in mathematics education. Artour has won teaching excellence prizes from SCE
