The Center for Career Development was established with the goal of helping SCE students and graduates pave their way in the workplace, filling various roles in the engineering segment.

SCE Shamoon College of Engineering offers undergraduate programs (B.Sc.) and several graduate programs in the following areas:

- Electronics and Elecrtical Engineering, including a graduate degree

-  Chemical Engineering in the following tracks: Process Industry and Biotechnology

- Mechanical Engineering in the following tracks: Mechatronics and Product Planning and Design

- Software Engineering, including a graduate degree

- Industrial Engineering and Management, with specializations in information systems, industrial systems and management systems, including a graduate degree

- Civil Engineering

Job offer advertisement – The Center for Career Development lets employers advertise job openings for students and graduates, with or without professional experience, according to the job description and requirements.
Spotlight encounters – Employment meetings between employers and students and/or graduates, where employers can present the company's business activities, corporate culture and options for joining. These spotlight encounters are held throughout the year and are designed to meet the individual needs of each employer.

Annual Employment Fair – An event that features numerous companies from various engineering fields, with the goal of recruiting students and graduates.
