Service Charter

The department engages in providing operations and safety services to students, management and the academic and administrative faculty. According to the SCE’s procedures the department commits to:

  • Provide professional, quality, available and excellence-oriented service and support according to response time metrics.
  • Combine knowledge, skills and performance assessment in executing the department’s work, including monitoring and oversight after meeting specified time metrics.
  • Provide professional support on safety issues regarding ongoing campus activity of all campus entities.

 

The Service Charter expresses the department’s intent and its striving to enhance quality of life, to upgrade service quality and to provide a professional, efficient and courteous response to all operational issues, at all times, while meeting stated and binding timetables.

This Charter will constitute a central component in upgrading service quality for the benefit of students and faculty.
