The Interns

During the last summer, 18 interning students from the USA and two from Turkey arrived at SCE, as part of the collaboration project "Onward Israel."

This project enables Jewish students from across the globe to live in one of the cities in Israel and to have the chance to take part in an internship in their field of interest, alongside Israeli counterparts.

These interns conducted academic research under the guidance of SCE academic faculty for a period of eight weeks. They worked in laboratories of the mechanical engineering department, the electrical and electronics engineering department and the chemical engineering department, alongside researchers from the departments.

All of the interns that took part in the internship program noted a high sense of satisfaction from the experience.
