Legal Counsel

The Legal Counsel Unit accompanies the activity of the college and provides legal counsel in various areas of the law, as the college requires.

Also, as part of its activity, it is entrusted with, among other things, the college’s procedures, request for information under the freedom of information law, the college’s engagements with external entities (suppliers, government ministries and so forth), including the field of the laws of tender – engagement under law and the Tender Duty Regulations, engagements by a higher education institution.

The unit is also charged with overseeing the college’s insurance array. Its activity includes day-to-day work with the college’s insurance consultant: Handling certificates of insurance of external entities, implementing insurance clauses and certificates of insurance in contracts, holding insurance tenders and handling insurance incidents at the college.
