The Department of Industrial Engineering and Management maintains collaborative research agreements with the following institutions:

University of Cyprus, Nicosia, Cyprus  

Transport Telecommunication institute, Riga, Latvia

University of Technology, Lublin, Poland 

Otto-von-Guericke-Universitat, Magdeburg, Germany

The agreements include joint activities in the areas of research, technical issues, education and teaching methods, with the goal of increasing the effectiveness of professional training and scientific development, and to improve educational processes at each of the institutions.

The joint activities include:

• Mutual exchange of experience, professional training and advanced teaching methods
• Exchange of teaching programs pertaining to the specialization tracks and areas each of the parties is interested in
• Exchange of work programs that are connected to engineering fields, both specialized and general
• Student exchange in the framework of study programs and cultural conventions
• Participating in technical projects, development projects and knowledge exchange
• Organizing seminars and conferences on the topics of development, methods and education
• Publishing activities and mutual editing; exchange of professional literature
• Integrating into the European information space
• Any mutual endeavor that does not conflict with the interests of the involved parties
