General Scholarship
SCE grants scholarships to students based on their socio-economic status and academic achievements and under the condition that the students conduct socially-oriented activities. The number of scholarships and their sum is determined according to budgetary constraints. The 5,000 NIS scholarships are awarded to students, according to the following criteria: income, personal status, military service/reserve duty, area of residence and community work. This scholarship is granted as funding assistance towards tuition payments.
Eligible students can submit their request for a scholarship each academic year in which they take at least 14 credits per semester. Students that are interested in this scholarship must fill out a "General Scholarship Request Form" (based on socio-economic status), and submit it to the Student Dean's office by the published date. The list of scholarship recipients will be posted on the Student Dean's notice board, and online.

ISEF Foundation, in Collaboration with SCE
ISEF, the international education foundation, is a Zionist social organization that aims to promote equal opportunities in education and minimize gaps throughout Israeli society. This program is intended for 1st and 2nd year students, who are geared towards social-academic excellence, yet face financial challenges.
The sum of the ISEF scholarship for undergraduate studies is 20,000 NIS per year, for the duration of the degree studies, and in collaboration with SCE and additional entities.

Rothschild Ambassadors Program in Collaboration with SCE
The objective of this program is to leverage the relative advantage and potential of young Israelis as ambassadors of social change throughout the country. This program is intended for 1st and 2nd year students only.
The sum of this scholarship is 20,000 NIS per academic year, for the duration of three years.
Students participating in this program are required to attend weekly group meetings and take part in significant social endeavors.

Efraim Katzir Scholarship Fund – Keren Rashi in Collaboration with SCE
The Katzir Fund helps youth from the geographically and socially periphery make the most of their potential through higher education, while acquiring the tools for self realization, social leadership and integration into the workplace. This fund offers students that have served in the army a scholarship for their tuition (living expense scholarships are available as well) as of the first year of their studies. In addition, the fund offers extra-curricular enrichment activities and extra study hours in various subjects. Students participating in this program are required to take part in activities that benefit the community.
The programs operating within the context of the Katzir Fund are:
- "Katzir-Perach" program – for students that are "Perach" youth mentors
- "Social Leadership" program – for students from Ethiopian or the Caucasus communities, lone soldiers and residents of the periphery. These students undergo training and initiate a social project.
- "Leadership Amongst Boarding School Graduates" program – for students that studied at boarding schools and youth villages. These students undergo training and initiate a social project.
- "Single Moms and Dads" program – for divorced / widowed / single parents (does not require community activity).
- "Recanati" program – for students from within the Ethiopian community.
- "Lone Female Soldier" program – for women who were recognized as lone soldiers during their military service.

IMPACT – Friends of the IDF (FIDF) Scholarship Program
The objective of this program is to honor combatants and combat support soldiers for their dedication during their military service. These scholarships are granted to discharged soldiers, combatants and combat support soldiers, coming from financially challenged backgrounds. The sum of this scholarship is 4,000 NIS per year, for the duration of four years of studies towards a degree. Students are required to volunteer for the benefit of the community.

Canadian Zionist Cultural Association (CZCA) Scholarships
The CZCA grants scholarships to combat and combat-support soldiers with a social-economic need. As part of the scholarship students carry out a wide range of social activities. The scholarship is in the amount of NIS 14,000 a year for 4 years of study toward a degree.
Criteria for submitting a scholarship request:
- First or second year student
- A social-economic need
- Military service as a combat or combat-support soldier
- Academic situation is satisfactory
- The scholarship is intended for students who began their academic studies up to 5 years after completing their military service or students rejected by the Impact Fund.
"Heseg" ("Achievement") Fund for Discharged Lone Soldiers
Every year, this fund offers scholarships to discharged soldiers who were recognized as lone soldiers while serving in the IDF. The scholarship includes tuition funding for undergraduate studies, as well as support for monthly living expenses.

Lottery Scholarships
The Lottery offers scholarships to undergraduate students, for the sum of 30,000 NIS (10,000 NIS per year), starting from the first year of studies and for three consecutive years of study. Recipients will be required to contribute 130 hours annually towards community work.

Rachel and Salim Benin Scholarship Fund
The Jewish Federation of New York offers scholarships to engineering students who have a full Bagrut (high school diploma) with high scores as well as a high score on the psychometric / psycho-technical test, and based on their socio-economic situation. The sum of this scholarship is $2,500 per year, for the duration of two years.
Schwartz Scholarship Fund
The Schwartz family offers scholarships to students every year. These scholarships will be awarded through the general scholarships requests, based on students' socio-economic status, military/national service and academic achievements.
Jacob Fishler (ZT"L) Scholarship Fund
This scholarship fund, established by the "One-To-One" organization, offers scholarships to students based on the following criteria: socio-economic situation, place of residence, community service and academic achievements.
Bachar Family Scholarship Fund
The Bachar family awards scholarships honoring the memory of Abdalla Bachar (ZT"L) and Shabtai Choen (ZT"L) each year. These scholarships are granted through the general scholarships requests, based on socio-economic situation and academic achievements.
Netzach Fund in Memory of Israel Segal (ZT"L)
The Segal family awards scholarships in memory of Israel Segal (ZT"L) each year. This scholarship is granted through the general scholarships requests, and according to the following criteria: studies in the civil engineering department, residents of the Negev, military/national service, socio-economic status and academic achievements (linked to the field of Geodesy).
Lily and Salman Katan (ZT"L) Scholarship Fund
Every year, the Katan family offers scholarships in memory of Lily and Salman Katan (ZT"L). These scholarships will be granted through the general scholarships requests, and according to socio-economic status and academic achievements.
Ministry of Education Student Assistance Fund
The Ministry of Education offers loans and grants to students studying at higher education institutions. The criteria for these are determined by the fund. Request forms are available towards the end of the first half of the first semester at the SCE student council offices.
Artakaa Scholarship
These scholarships are intended for 1st year undergraduate students from the Arab, Druze and Circassian communities. Students will be selected based on their socio-economic situation and preferred areas of study. This scholarships awards 10,000 NIS for the 1st and 2nd years and 5,000 NIS for the 3rd and 4th years. Students are required to volunteer for the benefit of the community.

Atidim for the Industry
This program offers a combined experience of higher education and high quality job placement. The program is intended for 1st year students who are residents of the periphery and are facing financial challenges. Program participants receive support for tuition, living expenses, a laptop computer, professional experience, personal mentoring and assistance in job placement.
