Dr. Marina Bershadsky
Dr. Bershadsky was born in the Crimean Peninsula, in the city of Simferopol, where she graduated bachelor's and master's degrees at the Faculty of Mathematics of Simferopol State University
In 1994, Dr. Bershadsky immigrated to Israel, and in the first year, she completed a course for teaching computer science. Then, she was teaching mathematics at Ben-Gurion University as a teaching assistant
In 2010, Dr. Bershadsky joined the teaching staff at a high school in Be'er Sheva as a computer science teacher, where she initiated and held a country-wide competition for school student projects. This competition was done in collaboration with the Weizmann Institute, Ben-Gurion University, and Intel and Google engineers. Then, she was hired by the technological division of the Ministry of Education, and at the same time she completed a doctorate in applied mathematics at Ariel University
Dr. Bershadsky published seven mathematics scientific articles in high-scored mathematics journals, and she participated in several research conferences. During all these years of studies and research, she was teaching mathematics as a college lecturer
