Mr. Martin Mellincovsky was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1979. Mr. Mellincovsky received his B.Sc. degree in Electric and electronics engineering in 2007, the M. Sc. Degree in Electric and electronics engineering in 2013 and is currently obtaining his Ph.D. degree in Ben Gurion University
