Moshe obtained his Ph.D. from the Guilford Glazer Faculty of Management at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, Israel, in 2024. His doctoral research focused on developing an ethics-based framework for the design and implementation of AI healthcare systems. His master’s thesis examined quality-based management methodologies for software projects
