"Academic success provides the tools for success in the workplace. I learned how to find sources of information and literature, and in my career theory becomes practice. This was apparent in a course such as "Factory Planning", for example.

"The atmosphere at SCE is very friendly. Students study for exams together, and the lecturers sustain that feeling as well. The atmosphere within the Chemical Engineering Department is like a family, and students enjoy personal attention and care.

"The lecturers at the college come from both the industry and academia. They compile all their knowledge and transfer it to us. The connection with graduates was also valuable. There were lectures given by graduates that had already been integrated into the industry and they came to share their perspective on their field of work, which increases exposure to various fields. Today there is a good relationship between academia and the industry. SCE is well known and enjoys a good reputation. The more graduates are integrated into the market, the better we are known and recognized for our quality."
