Final Projects Conference

The mandatory display of the final projects produced by B.Sc. graduates in Engineering and in Computer Sciences, reflects their acquired abilities and accumulated knowledge.

At this event, the students will present the products of the work they did over the past academic year by means of presentations, posters and prototypes. This event will take place at the Learning Center in the Bnei Brit building (except for Mechanical Engineering that will hold their presentations in the department) on Wednesday, 30.7.2025 between 11:00-18:00, in several sessions. The ‘reveal’ marks the final stage of the academic year during which the students faced engineering challenges, struggled with research questions and sought solutions to real-world problems.

Final projects in Engineering include basic research and applications from various fields, including the planning of new apps, novel systems and other innovative developments—the goals of which are to provide solutions to a variety of challenges, meet needs, etc. All in accordance with the field of Engineering they just learned. Some of these projects were done in cooperation with local Industry.

While the students’ posters are on display, they will be examined by the Judges’ Panel, which includes academic researchers from Israel and abroad, as well as experts from leading Israeli industries.

Exhibition of the Project Posters for Visual Communication

Parallel to the Final Projects Conference, the 2nd-year students' posters with be exhibited in the Department of Visual Communication. Within the context of the course: “Infographics,” given by lecturer Igal Baum, the students were asked to gather some data by means of digital tools and other data on their own lives as students and on those of their academic colleagues. Then, they were told to analyze and present their data in infographic form—as a designed, alluring, graphic presentation of the data formatted as a multipart post on a social network. Some of these products were converted into printed posters for presentation in the exhibition.
