The Israeli Association for Computational Methods in Mechanics (IACMM) brings together researchers and experts from academia and industry in the field of computational mechanics in Israel, and operates in collaboration with the international organization IACM.
The association organizes two annual academic seminars, where cutting-edge research from Israel and abroad is presented. Computational mechanics focuses on the development and application of computational approaches for the characterization, prediction, and simulation of physical phenomena and engineering systems governed by the laws of mechanics.
The aim of this seminar is to promote and advance research in computational mechanics in Israel, foster collaborations between academia and industry, and present state-of-the-art research from leading institutions and industrial partners.
