International Women’s Day 2025

Young women, you are cordially invited to a special event making “International Women’s Day,” being celebrated with the cooperation of SCE’s Graduate School on the Be’er-Sheva Campus, in Minkoff Hall, on Sunday 9.3.2025 and on Ashdod’s Bnei Brit Campus, on Monday 10.3.2025.

The program includes:

10:00 Opening remarks by the Rector, Prof. Jehuda Haddad and Ms. Zohar Wohlfarth Cohen, Managing Director.

10:20 A guest lecture given by Hilla Haddad Chmelnik, mother of 3 and a successful, working Space and Aeronautics Engineer.

11:15 A workshop given by Relly Brill, radio broadcaster of “The Voice of Academia” and founder of “Mothers in Academia” (“Ḥakhamama,” 2016-).

13:15 “The Masters’ degree at SCE.” A talk given by Dr. Gedalia Mazor, Dean of Ashdod Campus and Head of the Graduate School. After which, Yulia Barshay Tuizer, Director of the Graduate School, will present the M.Sc. study tracks available at the College.
